What this replaces. What it costs.
Extra portals, time back from one interface, and $12 per apartment / licensed capacity. The list below is what operators ask before they book a walkthrough.
Who it is for
- Who is Occuporia for?
- Independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, plus small multi-site operators who want one product for day-to-day operations.
- Can we run more than one community?
- Yes. Multi-site covers two to four communities with a $200 per month portfolio fee on top of $12 per apartment / licensed capacity. Enterprise covers five or more at $200 per month for the first four communities, then $50 per additional community. Owners and regional leaders see occupancy and activity across every community while each site runs day-to-day work in the same product.
What it replaces
- What does this replace?
- Yardi, the maintenance portal, the resident and family portal, the vendor portal, and a separate messenger.
- We already use Yardi or RentCafe.
- You can run side by side during evaluation. The point is to retire the extra interfaces, not to win a click-count bake-off.
- Does this save time?
- Yes, because the work stays in one product. Families request maintenance instead of calling the desk, messages are not a separate app, and requests are tracked until they are done.
Families and care
- Is there a family portal?
- Yes. Families can view statements, message the community, submit applications, request maintenance, and see medication information while staff keep the operational view. It is included, not a second product.
- What about medications?
- Staff manage medication lists, schedules, and administration logs. Families get a clear read-only view. It does not hook into pill dispensers.
Pricing
- What does $12 buy?
- The day-to-day stack in one product: occupancy, the family portal, maintenance, vendors, and messaging. Families request work instead of calling the desk. Staff stop re-entering the same work in four tools.
- How does pricing work?
- Every package is $12 per apartment / licensed capacity per month for occupancy, the family portal, maintenance, vendors, and messaging in one product. Community has a $399 monthly minimum for one community. Multi-site adds $200 per month for up to four communities ($799 minimum total). Enterprise covers five or more communities at $200 per month for the first four, then $50 per additional community ($799 minimum total). Pay annually and save 8% on capacity and portfolio fees. Book a demo
- How do I book a demo?
- Use in the header or anywhere on the site. Share a few details about your community, pick a date, and we will confirm by email.
